- Water-based varnish and glue in one for decoupage technique for fabric.
- Spreads easily and evenly.
- Use the varnish and glue underneath and also on the top of your rice paper or napkin.
- On the top, apply from the center moving to the sides removing the air bubbles.
- Fix it with ironing (for 30 sec, cotton grade, rear side), than it can be cleaned by washing machine (inside out, use gentle cycle).
